Taina Metso is a highly skilled associate specializing in M&A and finance, corporate advisory and governance and corporate sustainability and ESG matters. She also advises clients on public procurement related questions. Taina has experience in supporting clients across a broad spectrum of complex legal issues, such as M&A transactions, financing arrangements, real estate transactions and corporate governance matters. In the rapidly transforming ESG landscape, Taina helps clients in integrating sustainability practices and ensuring adherence to emerging regulatory frameworks. Prior to joining Kalliolaw in September 2021, she worked in a major Finnish business law firm advising mainly publicly listed companies in their M&A transactions and corporate governance matters.

In addition to her legal expertise, Taina possesses strong project management skills, enabling her to effectively coordinate and oversee the execution of complex transactions and legal matters. Her ability to prioritize and navigate high-pressure situations allows for seamless delivery of legal services, even in the most challenging and time-sensitive scenarios.
