Sakari Pulkkinen is an enthusiastic and talented associate lawyer with specialization in mining and environmental matters as well as M&A, finance, and corporate advisory matters. Prior to his graduation and subsequently joining Kalliolaw’s team in September 2024, Sakari has gained diverse experience as trainee in, among other places, a major Finnish business law firm and a listed corporation, where he has worked with wide-ranging assignments within varying industries, often in a fast-paced and international setting.

Sakari highly values the understanding of the issues at hand as a whole for being able to provide the best possible service and most added value to the client. Sakari’s unyielding nature combined with his thorough and meticulous way of working makes him feel at home with complex and multifaceted assignments.
