The Supreme Administrative Court of Finland in its decision t. 2867/6.10.2023 overturned the decision of the administrative court and upheld the permit to deviate from detailed plan granted by the planning council of the City of Tampere. The decision enables the 900 million euro investment plan to renew Tays hospital area in Tampere.
