We advised Oy Alholmens Kraft Ab in the sale of properties to Keliber Technology Oy. The object of the transaction was approx. 210 hectares of land previously used for peat production that is going to be a part of Rapasaari lithium mine.

Alholmens Kraft will continue producing peat in the immediate vicinity of the mine so the parties to the transaction agreed also on arrangements for traffic and water drainage.
