We advised SEB Nordic Energy’s portfolio company Locus Energy in its first acquisition of Finnish hydropower. The seller is the municipal energy company Vatajankoski Oy. Locus Energy AB is planning for a major upgrade with modern technology that optimally utilizes the conditions at the site.
