Kalliolaw advised hybrid events platform Brella Oy in a $10 million Series A financing round led by Connected Capital (CC&P Virtual B.V.). Other investors in the round were, among others, Vendep Capital Fund II Ky and certain individual investors.

Brella Oy currently serves some of the largest presences in the event industry with a focus on the hybrid events that contain both live and virtual components. As the live events were shut down by pandemic, Brella Oy transformed their networking app from live events into a virtual event platform. For more information please see here
