Tiina Kekäläinen has 20 years’ experience in international business law. She joined Kalliolaw in 2006. Before that she worked as an inhouse counsel of an international ICT company for several years. In addition to her master’s degree from Finland, Tiina has completed LL.M. studies in a post-graduate programme of International and Comparative Law in Brussels. She has also completed the one-year court practice and a program on international business law in Finland. Tiina has been awarded the CIPP/E certification which is an essential training for professionals acting in the field of personal data and privacy. Tiina is in charge of our Turku office.

Tiina is specialised in technology-related and other contractual matters, as well as in assignments related to intellectual property rights, personal data and privacy. She is, among other things, frequently representing technology companies in their contract negotiations.
