Pekka Kiviniemi has been a member of Kalliolaw’s team since 2001. Prior to that he worked in the Ministry of Justice where he participated in the preparation of acts concerning the Internet. Kiviniemi advises Finnish and foreign SME’s and public sector entities in questions concerning electronic commerce and HR. Kiviniemi has written books and publications alone and together with others on the field of electronic commerce. Kiviniemi has also worked in a law firm in New York, USA. He is an appreciated coach in Finland and abroad on his fields of expertise.
