Olli Oksman is one of the few dual-qualified lawyers with right to practice both in Finland and in England and Wales. Besides his client work, Olli is also the Managing Partner of the firm. He has been working at Kalliolaw since 2011.

Olli Oksman is an experienced transaction lawyer who has been acting for our clients on wide range of cross-border financing rounds, mergers and acquisitions and other similar kind of transactions. He is the Finnish counsel for some leading multinational technology companies and has acted for several international funds when they have been making acquisitions or investments in Finland.
