We advised S2 Resources Ltd, an Australian listed company (ASX: S2R), on the Finnish law aspects in the sale of all shares of its Finnish subsidiary, Sakumpu Exploration Oy, to Valkea Resources Corp. (formerly named as Outback Goldfields Corp.), a Canadian listed company (TSX.V: OZ). The purchase price of CAD 7 million comprised of cash and shares of Valkea Resources Corp.
